LEADERSHIP
Joseph P. Restelli
Joseph P. Restelli has over 40 years of experience in electrical construction, overseeing projects including rail signal systems, tunnel lighting, traffic signals, and life safety systems. At Thoroughbred Construction Group, he is responsible for project management, quality control, safety oversight, and procurement. A University of Pittsburgh graduate, Joseph brings extensive hands-on experience and steady leadership to every project.
Joshua W. Reinert
Joshua W. Reinert brings over 25 years of experience in industrial electrical facilities, with expertise in tunnel lighting, SCADA/LAN systems, fiber optic splicing, and life safety installations. As a Master Electrician in the IBEW Local 5, Joshua directs project execution, ensures quality standards, and provides hands-on leadership throughout every project at Thoroughbred Construction Group.
